HOW TO MAKE FRESH GARLIC PASTE
Nowdays,pretty much everything comes in a packet from Sauces,pastes,mixes to even just heat and eat foods.
Gone are the days when as a kid I used to see my mom making everything from scratch,infact for a while even I switched to using readymade ginger-garlic pastes,it is good in emergencies but I like to use freshly made pastes.
 

So here is a step by step guide on how to make garlic paste.The same can be followed for ginger paste as well.


INGREDIENTS:
100 grams garlic
1 tsp oil
A little water to blend the garlic

METHOD:
Take out the cloves of garlic from the pod and peel off the skin(you can use pre-peeled ones as well)

Wash the garlic well.


 
Put them in a blender/jar with a little water.

Blend into a fine smooth paste.

Add a tsp of oil and blend again.

Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator,it keeps good for weeks.

Your fresh garlic paste is ready to add to your dishes.
