IN CHOCOLATE ARE HERE…
Its
Valentine’s day today and so desserts are being made in full swing at the last minute.I
had been planning for this day for almost a week now but ended up doing nothing
much :P
My
faithful men in chocolate were my ultimate last savior.No..no they are not some
guyz who are covered in chocolate{ahem..i would not mind though} ;) but just a cute lil name I have given to my
chocolate dipped strawberries.
INGREDIENTS:
150
grams dark chocolate
30
grams white chocolate
10-15
strawberries
METHOD:
Chop into small pieces both the chocolates.
Chop into small pieces both the chocolates.
On
a double boiler,melt the dark chocolate and white chocolate separately.
Let
both the melted chocolates cool down a bit.
Dip
clean strawberries in the cooled melted dark chocolate and place on a parchment
paper to set for 10 mins.
Meanwhile
make a small piping bag out of parchment paper and fill it with melted white
chocolate.
Pipe
out small bows and buttons on the strawberries.
Let
them set for 5 mins and your very own Men in chocolate are ready!!
